This place is the Chipotle of brick oven pizza chains. Fast, fresh and very good. The staff is always great too.

When a friend told me there was a pizza shop that's like a chipotle but for pizza I expected the worst. I assumed the food taste like a worse cici's pizza buffet; but I was wrong and I am grateful.
The staff is always working extremely hard and they have a great level of diversity. They treat you like a welcome
Guest in their home and you can tell many of them are actually happy to be there which is a sign of good business practice and good management.
Getting the 11in build your own pizza is a delight. The meat quality is something subway should aspire to and the selection is more varied than your average Chinese buffet. Every pizza you order can be wildly unique and extremely delicious.
They have bottled sodas and beer while also having a "no name cake" which if purchased helps donate to a number of good causes.
The business is also extremely LGBTQ friendly!! For pride month they donated directly and many of the workers wear their rainbow themed shirts proudly! -

I like the concept of a build your own pizza with unlimited toppings, and I like thin crust pizza. We chose two pizzas from the menu and customized them a little. The Calexico pizza with jalapeños and Buffalo sauce actually was pretty spicy, nice! The other one was a temporary feature and was basically a BBQ chicken pizza so naturally I added cilantro and red onion to really jazz it up.
What sort of bummed us out was that the pizzas were so thin that our personal pizzas were just barely enough. My DH especially didn't get enough food. I would have been eager to share mine with him (as we often do) but I had eaten all of mine. Likely we'll go somewhere else the next time the urge for pizza comes knocking.
BONUS points for interesting drink choices like caramelized pear iced tea. -

This is the most uplifting restaurant I frequent. All the employees I've come in contact with have been so patient helping find vegetarian/vegan/GF items when I've brought people with special diets. They accommodate!!
I'm always impressed at the cleanliness and environment.
The food is good - I've had about 6 different pizzas and only had one I was just "eh" about.
Oh, and All the toppings I want for the same price? I'm in. Everytime. -

Love the thin crust here! Also the unlimited toppings is nice -I like all the things and they have everything from pineapple to feta! They also have great salads m, the mega size is great for sharing. This place is like a "Chipotle" of pizza, you tell them what you want and the make it for you. For sure worth a try!
